PETER B. MCMORROW

PRINCIPAL

Mr. McMorrow has thirty-one years of Civil Engineering experience. He offers considerable expertise in the management and engineering design of private development and public works projects, which include such topics as Street Improvements, Grading Plans, Sanitary Sewer Systems, Project Scheduling, Cost Estimates, Boundary and Topographical Surveys.

At the present time, Mr. McMorrow is in charge of private development projects and undertakes the duties of Project Manager and Engineer.  It is his duty to supervise each project from concept to preparation of construction drawings.  It is also his duty to coordinate plan scheduling, processing with all local agencies, and maintain communication with the clients.

DONALD V. UTZ

PRINCIPAL

Mr. Utz is a well-rounded engineer with over thirty-five years of Civil Engineering experience.  This experience encompasses a wide variety of disciplines such as Land Development Engineering (both public and private), Assessment District Engineering, and Land Surveying.  In addition to his Civil Engineering experience Mr. Utz's background in the legal department of a major title company gives our firm a valuable source for legal principles in land surveying.
